Thank you for contacting Clean Cut Landscape for your landscaping project. To assist you with your project we have provided a list of Frequently Asked Questions. If you have any questions please call our office or visit our website at

Q: Once I have given you a deposit, what happens next?
A: You will receive a phone call from us within 2 days to schedule your job.

Q: Should I take off work to make sure that i'm home the day project begins?
A: Not necessary unless you want to. If you have any specific concerns let us know.

Q: Once the job begins will your crews work straight through until it is finished?
A: Our goal is to complete your project as efficiently as possible. We do not drag out projects. Most jobs are completed within 1 week.

Q: Should I talk to the crew if I have a question about the project?
A: No. To avoid any confusion, please discuss any questions with your sales person.

Q: Can I increase the scope of work once project begins?
A: Yes. We will be happy to provide you with a change order for any additional work.

Q: Is there a warranty on plant material?
A: Yes. We warranty our plant material for 1 yr from date of  installation?

Q: What about my underground utilities?
A: We contact LA ONE CALL to mark your gas, water, cable and electric services. This does not include any extra lines installed by owner ( sprinkler, gas lanterns, pool pipes, or misc. cables)

Q: What about my current sprinkler system?
A: Your current sprinkler system may have to be modified or repaired at additional cost to you.

Q: What about maintenance?
A: We provide quarterly complete maintenance programs for all of our customers. Please ask for details.

Q: Is your company insured?
A: Yes we are and can provide a "Certificate of Insurance" upon request.
